Agreement

These terms are between you and Become Personal Training (KvK 81026358). By creating an account and using BECOME, you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use BECOME.

Health disclaimer

BECOME provides general fitness training content and tracking. It is not medical advice. Training carries risk of injury.

Consult a qualified professional before starting a new program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for stopping if something hurts.

Coaching and programs

Some programs are free; others unlock through use or are offered through a personal coaching relationship. Personal programs assigned to you are for your use only.

If you apply for coaching, you agree we may contact you about your request. We describe a separate paid relationship if and when one is offered.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own training. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute program or video content, attempt to break security, or misuse the service.

Content and ownership

The programs, exercises and videos in BECOME are our intellectual property or licensed to us. The training data you enter is yours; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from training. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will ask you to accept material changes in the app. These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
